April Mathletes

The Monthly Mathlete award is given to one career prep student, one college prep student, and one honors student every month. These students are nominated and chosen by the Math Department on the basis of their hard work and leadership in the math classroom. They will have their pictures posted in the Math Wing for the month and will each receive a coupon for a free MTO at Sheetz.

Jordan Photis is receiving this award as a result of his hard work and drive in Honors Math Analysis and his commitment to completing every task with excellence. He constantly volunteers answers, but more importantly, he asks insightful questions. You have done a tremendous job this semester. He finished the third marking period with one of the top grades overall out of both classes, and he is continuing that success in the fourth marking period. He is one of the most intelligent and most driven students at Penn Manor, and his teachers look forward to his future successes!

Madison Smith is receiving this award because of her daily commitment to the learning and mastery of mathematics at Penn Manor High School. She is an asset to the mathematics classroom due to her positive, and diligent attitude towards the completion of her daily assignments. This attitude has led her to much success, and has not gone unnoticed. She is a leader by example, and her kindness is contagious. Madison, please challenge yourself to retain these qualities, and thank you for
your regular contributions to our school!
