New form submission procedures:

Attention members: 

We want to remind you that we encourage everyone to work on their community service hours throughout the summer.  Senior year tends to be a very busy year and the more hours you complete over the summer the less you will have to do during the busy school year.  We have made a few adjustments to the procedures for submitting pre-approvals and verification forms.  Please follow the procedures as outlined below: 

Step 1: Submit a pre-approval form via the Google Form in our Google Classroom. This is time stamped and Mrs. Myers and I will review submissions periodically.  This must be completed before your event!
Step 2: Bring a verification form with you to your service activity and have it signed by the person supervising the activity.  
Step 3: Submit your verification form via the Google Form in our Google Classroom.  This is time stamped and must be submitted within 30 days of completion of your service activity.
