All of our Central Manor concerts and combined choral/instrumental concerts are finished for the year! What a great job by all participants. Thank you for all of your hard work.

Band instrumental and string lessons will continue until the end of the school year. Some students will be playing solo or small group pieces in upcoming Shine Time assemblies.

On Wednesday, May 8, Miss Almoney’s 5th and 6th grade band students will be going to the high school to rehearse. They will be boarding the bus at 11:30 and returning to CM by 2:30. Students should have turned in a signed permission slip to attend this rehearsal. The concert is on Thursday, May 9 at 7pm at Penn Manor High School.

Mr. Jordan has posted videos of our songs from the combined concert for all to view. They are on his blog, “Hambright Music”. This blog can be found on our Penn Manor blogs page. Thank you Mr. Jordan!

Thanks for great performances from our chorus at our Central Manor concert on April 18 and the Elementary Combined Choral Concert on May 2 at Penn Manor High School. We had a terrific crowd and a huge chorus of about 300 children from all of our elementary schools.

Thank you again to all performers and parents for a great choral year at Central Manor. We are finished with our rehearsals and performances for this year–so enjoy a little break from our Tuesday morning rehearsals. I hope that all of our 5th grade members will return next year, and all of our 6th grade members will join the chorus at Manor Middle.
