Picnic!

Because the first graders brought in an average of at least 5 labels per student, the first graders will enjoy a picnic lunch outside with their teachers.  We will celebrate this next Friday, April 8.  (also an early dismissal day!) Students are not required to bring a lunch, they can still order school lunch.  We will just eat it all outside for fun!  Please feel free to send in a blanket or beach towel to sit outside.  Thank you!

Old pictures

After receiving my new school computer, I had trouble learning how to upload pictures.  I’m sorry for the delay!  Please take a look at some pictures from the past month.  You’ll find some CRAZY HAIR day photos, a few from our last writing celebration, and the school-wide Pajama Day too!

Reminders

1.  The A-lunch menu for Tuesday is “Walking Tacos”
2.  Miss Szentesy is absent from class Tuesday.  Please do not rely on email, send a note in with your child.
3.  Reminder that Spring pictures will be taken on Wednesday, for students who pre-purchase the set.  Only students who have signed up online or who has a picture packet with money will be photographed.

Say Cheese!

Students at Hambright have the opportunity for Spring Pictures.  Please see the half-sheet of yellow paper that came home with your child today.  The ordering process is different from previous years.  Please read it carefully.

Thank you!

Roller Skating Night

Tomorrow is Hambright’s Roller Skating party at the Castle.  On Thursday, I will hand each student a green ticket.  This will be the students’ ticket to receive free skates.  Reminder that ONLY Hambright students and their immediate families may attend (no cousins, friends etc).  Also, students must have adult supervision the entire time at the Castle– no drop offs or  parents will be called and students will not be allowed in.

Please think Win-Win and consider bringing an item for PM Cares.  (shampoo, paper towels, detergent, other household items are welcome!).  Let’s show how much Hambright Leaders care about helping others!
